Support Resources

Hi Reader,

As Mooshimeters venture in to the wild we are preparing to support them.  There have been a few website additions and enhancements:

Mooshimeter Support Page

This page will be updated frequently.  It will aim to address all the most common pitfalls of using the meter and the apps.

Mooshimeter Support Forum

Emailing for support has the problem that your request and our response is invisible to others who might have the same problem.  When issues arise, please make a post in the forum so others can benefit.  If particular issues turn out to be common they will be migrated to the support page.

HTTPS Forced Site-Wide

HTTPS is now the default for all of moosh.im.  This is a big privacy and security improvement.

Note: If you pre-ordered through the website before using one of the big “Preorder Now!” buttons, don’t worry.  Our website never actually interacts with any of your credit card data or personal information, that was all done through an embedded frame to trycelery.com.

More soon, thanks for reading

I suggest you make big bold links to these on your home page.

Forum; Yes please. I can see the forum page but I didn’t find a link to submit a question or for users to otherwise contribute. Also coming soon?
Speaking of coming soon, I’m getting pretty excited.

Great news guys, I know the original launch deadline has now been blown out of the water but I am excited that you guys have seen this through. I’m looking forward to getting our two meters in and seeing how they stack up versus our other scopes and meters!

Again, thank you for seeing it through. You guys have done a great job keeping all your backers up to speed as you went through development, production and shipping!

There are some resources left which load via plain http. Therefore Firefox complains about security. These are the ones I’ve found so far:

    http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:400,300
    http://fonts.gstatic.com/s/opensans/v10/cJZKeOuBrn4kERxqtaUH3T8E0i7KZn-EPnyo3HZu7kw.woff

      Thanks, will check it out!

Just following up to say I think I got most of the resources loading over plain http. I’ll keep an eye out for more.

Got my meter today, and damn it’s cool! Thanks James! Looking forward to showing it to my friends and getting some good use out of it :)

      That’s great! Thank you :)

Got my meter and it seems to be working fine. I would really appreciate some documentation for the app, though. Does any exist?

    • James January 26, 2015 at 5:41 pm #

Great! We’re behind on documentation, sorry. The most complete walkthrough is this video I put together for the apple app submission. Documentation coming soon, in the meantime ask any questions you encounter.
