Hi Allen,

Is it possible that the isopropyl did not completely dry? Most drug store rubbing alcohol is only 70% alcohol and 30% water, if you don’t let the water completely dry before powering the meter, odd behavior can occur. I suggest leaving the PCB out of its case to dry for a day (assuming you’re in a dry place). Dessicant is helpful if you have any (rice works).

If that does not help let me know and we can dig deeper.
