Sorry I didn’t get to this quickly. Just trying to understand the issue: Is it a single erroneous reading every 12 hours? Or does all the data shift?

ie. does it go 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 1, 1, 1
or 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 2

If it’s cyclical, I would bet it’s a slight change in the circuit gain due to temperature. If the voltage channel is close to zero, you would not notice a change in gain on that channel.
