Hi Jan,

Is this Android or iOS? First thing I would try is rebooting the phone, and on Android going settings->connections->bluetooth and deleting any pairing information for the Mooshimeter (there should be none but sometimes Android makes some because it’s “special”).

If that doesn’t work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
