Oops, double post there.

When I press the reset button, the LED lights for a second or so, then flashes (it’s a VERY brief flash) about every 10 seconds. But I can’t get it to wake up. I tested the continuity of the test leads, changed the batteries, reset it a couple of times, but nothing wakes it up.
