Sorry to hear about these problems…
Keone – A few people have had a similar problem. The fact that you could connect and update firmware the first time is very encouraging and probably means there’s a glitch somewhere in the bluetooth stack on the phone side. Can you try (as Sammy said):
– Turning bluetooth off and on again
– Rebooting your phone
– Deleting and reinstalling the app
It seems that after getting the meter to connect the first time subsequent connections are no problem. But the first time seems to take finagling on some devices
