Symptoms like that usually arise from low batteries. And it depends on the batteries how low you can go on the battery indicator in app. Some batteries just won’t give enough current for all situations at the voltage levels where the percent indicator is calibrated.

I have read too many times about leaking alkalines on nice equipment, so i started to use lithium-batteries on my mooshimeters. Voltage is slightly higher, so i might change batteries at 90% etc. Have not yet emptied any lithiums with these, so i can’t be sure. For alkalines i would not trust anything under 50%, at least for any real work.
