Sorry for the trouble Keone,
I am sending you a shipping label so you can return your meter and I’ll check it out. I’ll put a new unit in the mail to you. It might be a matter of corrupted firmware, but there’s presently no way of forcing a firmware update from the app, so getting you a fresh meter is probably the fastest way of getting you up and running.
