I would like to +1 this as well. Currently in the middle of a project were I need to read from a dependable temp sensor(thermocouple) to establish the resistance at a given temp of a group of thermistors. Being able to log the resistance on one channel and the thermocouple temp on another while I run a heater block through its temp range would make my life far far easier than the process I have currently.
