That’s really strange. The Mooshimeter doesn’t require or request any authentication. When the pin code request has come up before, it was specifically because of an iOS issue.
I have one more thing for you to try. If you have access to another phone, maybe a friend or family member’s, please download the Mooshimeter app on to it and see if it can connect to the Mooshimeter. If the other phone can scan and connect, we know there’s some sort of misconfiguration on the phone side. If you can’t see it on the other phone, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll arrange a replacement.

I would like to recommend the exact same thing as I did to Elizabeth. Please try to connect one more time on a friend’s phone. If you have success on someone else’s phone, we know there’s an issue on the phone side. If you do not have success, email email@example.com.
