That’s very sound advice, any product that relies on BLE and a smartphone is not going to be as reliable as a traditional one-piece multimeter.

this is a toy, not a tool.

I’d like to help you through the firmware update process, which I freely admit is still hairy on Android. If you still think this after using the meter we do accept returns.
