GuestAvailability says “October”. It is October 1st. Are we talking now or by Halloween. Can you get any more specific?

GuestI just placed an order last week. I have heard nothing. It is customary for a company of any reputation to at least confirm the order and give the customer some idea of a ship date. Non response will only make me cancel the order (on my credit card if need be).

Sorry I missed this post. We started shipping orders from the new batch on November 1, so we missed our October target, sorry about that. But the meter is back in stock now and will ship within a business day of receiving an order.

I followed up with you when you over email but would like to acknowledge your post here as well – We sent a confirmation email when you placed your order (Oct 26), a notification when your card was charged (Nov 4) and a notification when your order shipped (Nov 6). Very sorry if these emails didn’t get through for some reason, please let me know how else I can help.
