GuestI’ve been using my mooshimeter daily, it has always worked flawlessly day one between my devices (iPad Air and iPhone 6+). Again, great work so far!
Today it’s starting to crash the app and I’m not able to get the app to actually connect without turning off bluetooth, restarting my phone and it’s very hit or miss. It acts like it’s going to connect but never does. Closing/reopening the app consistently shows the meter but it stays orange, spinning ball and never actually connects.
I’ve tried:
Restarting phone
Toggling airplane mode
Toggling bluetooth
Closing/re-opening app
Replacing batteries (they report 97% when it works)
Reset button – long press as well as short press (not sure which is a “hard reset”) The amber LED comes on and goes off
Wake procedure.
Reinstall old version from app store
Reinstall beta versionThis is happening on both of my devices and it just started today. I love this thing when it works, I now rely on it for work so I’d love to figure out how to make it reliable again!
