      I received a new Moosimeter in the mail and after taking it out of shipping mode tried to connect it to my iPhone 6S it returned with no devices found. I had my friend with an android phone try and it connected and worked properly. I have pressed the hard reset button and have reinstalled the Mooshimeter app with no luck. i have access to another Mooshimeter and my phone will not connect to that device either. Lastly i tried with another iPhone but the device would not connect.

      Any help would be greatly appreciated.

      Hi Alex,

      Sorry for the delay on this. iOS is usually quite reliable on connecting to the meter. Is it possible bluetooth is turned off on the phone? You can go to settings->bluetooth to check. The app should prompt you if that is the issue, but maybe something changed in iOS that I need to investigate.

      I had Bluetooth on but I believe I found the issue since it is now working. My iPhone was not updated and once I updated the iOS version it could connect to the mooshimeter, that leads me the conclusion that the version of iOS had a problem connecting to the device but was fixed with the update.
      Just in case that wasn’t the issue I also had to update the firmware of the mooshimeter before use.
