Just purchased a new Mooshimeter today.
Running the latest version of IOS on a Iphone 6+.
Reported FW version 14458… (Can’t see the rest)
H/W version 04/2015
I can not find what the version of F/W is supposed to be.
The meter does not stay connected for more than a few seconds before returning to the scan screen. Changing from DC to AC makes it happen even faster.
It sounds like you’ve been bitten by the AC disconnect bug. I wrote a blog post about the issue and the necessary firmware update here:

Thanks for the quick response, I was mistaken in assuming the IOS would automatically do the update. I did the reset button and the F/W updated and seems to be working
