Just received my new Mooshimeeter. I can see it when I scan for meters in the app. (iOS) But when i try to connect with it nothing happens. It just times out after a while.
Is shows firmware build: 1470628829.
Can you try rebooting the phone? If that doesn’t work, rebooting the meter?
The meter can be rebooted by unscrewing the screws, removing the back panel, then pressing the small button on the side (near the indentation in the case)
I was able to connect with my friends Galaxy S5. It said it needed a new firmware update so i started – it took a while but it finished and stuff works on his phone but i cant seem to connect on my phone. iPhone SE running iOS 10.1.
Oh – only just saw your post. I’ll reboot the device now.
So it seems i just needed to update my iPhone to iOS 10.1.1. It wasn’t working on 10.1.
