      We did not get the notice that we were supposed to get the meter in the mailing company in time, but I still want the meter. I was informed that it was returning to the sender, please if possible I would like to negotiate the shipping of the meter again. How can I do that?

      Hi Emerson,

      I looked in to the package – it says delivery was attempted on Feb 13, but then the package went unclaimed and it’s been marked “return to sender”, though it has not arrived here yet. Here is everything I have for it:

      I’m really sorry for the shipping trouble… if the meter arrives back here we will happily send another for just shipping cost. Return service is unpredictable though. If you’d like us to try sending another meter immediately we can do that if you put down a deposit, which would be refunded when the original meter is returned.

      I’d rather wait this event to present it’s outcome, since you haven’t received it yet.
      I’m interested in the first option, as soon as you retrive the package, please contact me with the billing information for the second shipping.
